Individual Therapy

We are currently taking a limited number of new patients. We offer in-person and telehealth appointments with in-person appointments as our primary setting. Betsy Karas provides telehealth services only. You are welcome to contact us to inquire.

Jayme Yodice accepts most BCBS plans and the NC State Health Plan. Both Holly Hauser and Betsy Karas accept BCBS, NC State Health Plan and United Heathcare. You will pay your copay, deductible or whatever your plan states you have to pay. We are out of network for other insurances.

Current rates for therapy if we do not take your insurance: $150 for individual one hour session

Individual therapy is ideal for anyone who is feeling “stuck” in life, has a particular problem or is struggling with specific symptoms. Often, clients who come to therapy say “I just want to feel…..happier, better, calmer….” In individual work, we address areas that are keeping us stuck so that we can do more behaviors that move us toward the rich and meaningful life that everyone wants and deserves.

Couple’s Therapy

Whether you have been together for one year or 50, a relationship or marriage goes through its own growing pains, similar to us as individuals. Current couple’s therapy is provided by Jayme Yodice, LPA, who has completed specialty training in Gottman Levels I and II, in addition to using ACT and CBT strategies when working with couples. Some insurance may be accepted for couple’s work. Otherwise, if out of network, a one hour couple’s session is $185 and a 90 minute couple’s session is $265.
