Therapy for Teens (ages 13-17)

We also enjoy working with teens who may be in the process of discovering their identity and need support in working through the many transitions of life. Adolescence presents unique challenges and can often lead to feelings of loneliness, sadness, confusion, anxiety, trouble focusing and paying attention, irritability, and anger. Coming to therapy for the first time is a difficult step and requires a great deal of courage! We will create a plan together to help you meet your personal goals.
